The Urban Decay Primer Potion is a bit of a cult classic--beauty lovers and bloggers alike love it. I'll admit that I'm no exception.
The actual Primer Potion itself performs wonderfully. Whenever I wear it, I notice my eyeshadow just looks nicer. It's not much more vibrant but the primer evens out the lid and just provides a good base. (You could also use a cream shadow over the primer to get even more vibrant colors).
The primer comes out a light beige nude color that blends into the eyelid seamlessly. I imagine this would work for all skin tones though it could leave a slight cast on darker complexions. The Primer Potion has a thick consistency, I would say reminiscent of concealer, but it's hard to tell exactly as I only use a very small amount for each lid!
Overall, I highly recommend this product. I can't find any faults whatsoever (though if you're darker, the color might leave your lid slightly lighter) and this has been my go to primer for almost a year. I will definitely continue to repurchase this but am open to other suggestions. I consider eyeshadow primer such a makeup staple and Urban Decay offers a wonderful option with their Original Primer Potion!
